The project is located on Mount Parker Road, Quarry Bay. To the east it faces a noisy older residential district, while to the rear it is backed by the broad green slopes of Mount Parker; the MTR station is reachable within a hundred metres. Tranquillity amid the bustle, embraced by hills and water. A major design challenge of the project lies in its complex geological conditions: because the site sits above the MTR tracks at the foot of a steep hillside, half of its area cannot be piled or occupied by towers. The residential blocks can only borrow the view from a single side and must also avoid overlooking one another, so the towers are staggered and the podium follows the terrain, higher to the south and lower to the north.
